Risk “It”

You hit the Bull’s-eye every time you say. Interesting! If so, you are probably standing too close to the target.

Innovators regularly visit the realm of failure. Being a leader means risking missing the target from time to time.

Great leaders learn to tell the difference from errors of commission and errors of omission. Sins of omission will be the more costly of the two. If you are not making many errors you need to ask “What opportunities am I missing by not being more AGRESSIVE.”

Like your muscles, your ability to take risk will atrophy if you don’t branch out and risk “IT.” You will no longer be able to take risk.

Risk it, fail, grow, adapt, succeed.

Author Arthur Koestler put it best when he wrote, “If the Creator had a purpose in equipping us with a neck, he certainly would have meant for us to stick it out.”

Wow. It's Quiet Here...
