It can become relatively easy to become irrationally attached to your ideas. It’s amazingly difficult to be creative, explore other options or see beyond your narrow minded concepts if your ego is constantly getting in the way.
Remember to step back, loose up and think of Laroff’s Credo:
“It’s not so important to be serious as it is to be serious about the important things. The monkey has an expression of seriousness that would do credit to any great scholar. But the monkey is serious because he itches.”
