Two basic rules of life are change is inevitable and everybody resists change. The reality is that change can be threatening and may provoke negative reactions. For example when Kepler used ellipses rather than circles to solve the planets orbital problem, he was denounced.
Many people will want to cut down change. Comments like these will be prevalent:
“That’s to big”
“That’s not our policy”
“Is that really practical”
“Do we have enough time”
“Is it marketable”
They may be right.
Your idea could be unfinished, however one of the best things you could receive is constructive criticism. Though most critics raise their voice because they feel threatened or out of simple laziness.
Look out for these reactions but don’t let them keep you from inciting the change you are chasing. God’s gift to the leader is thick skin.
